Home Assistance UK are a part of the Centrica Group. Providing Home insurance to their clients covering electrical, plumbing and heating cover amongst other services. They have many contractors that work on their behalf keeping to their strict health and safety rules and only using fully qualified and insured contractors. This ensures that the work is done to a high standard for their customers.
Our Work with Home Assistance UK
We have worked for Home Assistance UK for many years amongst other insurance companies providing emergency call outs to their clients. We are contracted to repair various faults with electrical systems as long as they are up to current standards and correctly installed, Ranging from lighting repairs to checking the electrical supply to showers and hot water systems.
Challenges
- The main challenge with emergency breakdowns is ensuring that there is a large amount of stock on the van so we are able to repair almost any issue whilst on site.
- When busy prompt call outs can be difficult with some clients having to wait longer than expected.
- Some jobs would need several revisits due to lack of stock or knowledge.
